Welcome to Cedar Class with Mrs Sheldrake and Mrs Hodges

We are delighted to welcome you to Cedar Class and look forward to an exciting year ahead. This year, pupils will continue to develop their confidence, independence and enthusiasm for learning as they take on new challenges and celebrate their achievements.

Throughout the year, we will enjoy a broad and engaging curriculum filled with exciting topics, creative experiences and opportunities to develop new skills. We are particularly excited to learn about rocks, minerals and the physical features of our world in Geography, as well as exploring the power and wonder of volcanoes in Science. We will also journey through Britain's past, discovering how the Romans and Anglo-Saxons shaped the history of our country.

Alongside our classroom learning, pupils will enjoy swimming lessons at The King Centre, helping them build confidence and proficiency in the water, and will have the exciting opportunity to learn a brass instrument with West Sussex Music, developing their musical talents and performance skills.

We will work together, support one another and always strive to be the very best that we can be, both in and out of the classroom.
